It is no surprise that we as parents recognize Katelyn as being a loving and caring person but it is really nice when others recognize it as well. Katleyn was chosen by her teacher Mrs. Cummard to be the first Student of the Month for school year. Mrs. Cummard sent a little note on why she felt Katelyn deserved this award and I would like to brag a little bit about Katelyn and quote what she said (bear with me).
"Katelyn is a very sweet and polite student at all times. She arrives at school each day with a big smile and a wonderful attitude. She enjoys school and learning. Katelyn is already a wonderful reader. She tries her best in everything she does. It is a pleasure to have Katelyn in my class this year."
Thank you Mrs. Cummard. Katelyn adores her teacher and loves the first grade. Katelyn was called up at the assembly by the principle and was featured on the Coyotes News that morning. She was very excited to get this award, what a great way to start out the new year. Way to go Katelyn we knew you were special and we are glad when others recognize it as well. We love you keep up the good work.

What a little smartie! Congratulations to Katelyn! I wish were we closer so that we congratulate her in person. She is such a sweet and well-mannered young lady that any teacher she has is a very lucky one. I am so glad that her teacher has already recognized that this year!
I hope that all is going well with the countdown in pregnancy number four. We are putting tabs in for another little boy in the Lines family, Carson could use a little boy to play with when we eventually visit again. :) Any special requests for baby essentials this time around?
